Brenda Cheptoo works in the Corporate and Commercial Practices and Energy Practices. Her experience ranges from advising multinationals as inbound investors into Kenya, assisting in immigration compliance and general commercial transactional support.

She has advised and provided drafting support for various construction and energy projects including joint venture agreements, construction agreements and power supply agreements as well as participated in due diligence exercises for private local and international clients.

Her previous experience includes preparing legal opinions, pleadings and submissions, offering legal aid and working with the Legal Resources Foundation Trust and Government entities such as the National Council on the Administration of Justice on criminal justice reforms.

Brenda holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) Degree from Strathmore Law School and is a member of the Law Society of Kenya.
