Published by UN-Habitat in collaboration with Cities Alliance and the Ministry of Devolution, Kenya, the Guidebook provides key insights in the coordination of spatial planning policies as well as provides a clear framework for the operationalization and implementation by County Governments of development fees introduced under Section 63 of the Physical and Land Use Planning Act, 2019 necessary for funding certain classes of infrastructure associated with intensified land use.
