Representative Transactions
- Advising a County Government in its collaboration with international lighting and solar PV manufacturers in the upgrade of a health facility within the County fully powered by solar under the innovative Community Health Centres initiative.
- Undertaking project due diligence in respect of a proposed 40MW solar power plant in Kenya including a review of the project documents and studies, property titles, corporate documents, licenses and permits acquired and advising on proposed steps to advance the project.
- Undertaking project due diligence in respect of a proposed 10 MW solar power plant including a review of the project documents and studies, property titles, corporate documents, licenses and permits acquired and advising on proposed steps to advance the project.
- Advising on and providing negotiation support in respect of the power supply agreements for various solar PV roof top projects.
- Advising on the implementation of a Grid Connected Roof Top Solar PV System including the implementation model, review of the proposed tender documents and drafting the related Standard Contract.
