The Firm advises on and coordinates the registration of affected clients with the office of the Data Protection Commissioner and prepares the necessary Data Protection, management and retention policies in compliance with applicable law.
Recent assignments have included registration of trademarks locally and internationally as well as investigating, advising on and defending potential trademark and patent infringement on behalf of local and multinational clients operating in sub-Saharan Africa.
