Carolyne joined the Firm as a Paralegal/Commercial Clerk and provides support to the Firm’s lawyers in the execution and completion of the various transactions.

She holds a Diploma in Law and is responsible for ensuring the timely registration of all necessary instruments, liaising with the government registries and providing advice in relation to companies, intellectual property, securities and land transactions.
